About Monica
I am a degree qualified Clinical Naturopathic Practitioner (Bachelor of Health Science - Naturopathy), I strive to both educate and heal my patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives. My approach is to work with you on your individual health journey, guiding your priorities, nurturing your health needs, while incorporating any personal constraints and adversities.
I will take an in-depth history of your health and current symptoms, linking the different body systems to establish an understanding of your current health status. Request further testing where necessary, assess diet and determine contributing factors. I utilise a combination of both eastern and western methods, and traditional Naturopathic principles. With my previous background in research, and an intrinsic passion to find truths, it guides me in establishing individual protocols backed by scientific evidence.
